Keeping in mind that nowadays responsive web design provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of re-sizing and scrolling. This theme is designed by David Martin in this awesome tutorial explaining how to create a minimal single page portfolio design in Photoshop. This theme is built to re-size and realign itself to cater to the different screen sizes of mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, i.e. is responsive.

This theme can be used to create the portfolio or to showcase your projects. This being a wordpress theme with already having back end integration, you can easily modify the template and use it for any other general purpose blog too. Do let us know if you need any help or any other category of free template.
